RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 26.10.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh, vide which the petitioner has been restrained from entering into the disputed house. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available to the petitioner under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
