In case FIR No.134 dated 07.07.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Model Town, District Ludhiana, petitioner was earlier on bail and absented on 26.07.2019.

Perusal of the order dated 26.07.2019 shows that bail bond and surety bond of petitioner have not been cancelled. Only his non-bailable warrants were issued.

In view of this fact, this petition is not maintainable and is dismissed.

Petitioner will be at liberty to appear before the trial Court to get his presence recorded.
