*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.11.2017 (Annexure P-10) passed by respondent No.1; order dated 15.09.2006 (Annexure P-8) passed by respondent No.2 vide which the revision petition and appeal respectively filed by the petitioners against the order dated 11.11.2002 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.3 have been illegally and unlawfully dismissed. Further prayer has been made for quashing the order dated 11.11.2002 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.3 vide which the appeal filed

-2by respondents No.5 to 7 against the order dated 17.07.2000 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.4 was set aside and for upholding the order dated 17.07.2000 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.4 vide which the table-B (Naksha "ARRA") which was prepared as per the mode of partition (Annexure P-2) was sanctioned/approved by respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the parties have amicably resolved the issue by way of compromise dated 28.12.2023 (Annexure A-1). He further submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of by directing respondent No.4 to decide the case and make the partition in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents have also affirmed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and submits that they have no objection if the present petition is disposed of in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

Heard.

In view of the above position, the present petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned orders dated 17.07.2000 (Annexure P-3); dated 11.11.2002 (Annexure P-5); dated 15.09.2006 (Annexure P-8) and 29.11.2017 (Annexure P-10). However, respondent No.4 i.e. Assistant Collector 1st Grade, (Tehsildar), Dera Bassi is directed to carry out the partition proceedings in accordance
