******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 119 complaints under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act are pending against the petitioner. In all the cases, he has been ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds with one surety. He is not in a position to arrange 119 separate sureties, as such, he be permitted to furnish solvent surety having the property of value more than the amount of surety bonds in all the cases. Learned State counsel submits that the Court had sought the surety bond and not separate surety and request of learned counsel for the petitioner may be allowed.

Keeping in view the above facts, this petition is disposed of without issuing notices to respondents No. 2 to 120 with direction that the trial Court will allow the petitioner to furnish solvent surety to the extent of JYOTI 2019.10.22 13:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The manner of surety bond to be furnished is explained as follow: If the petitioner has been asked to furnish surety bond of `50,000/- (presumptive figure) in all 119 cases, he may furnish surety of person having property of more than `60 lakhs value in all cases. For the sake of convenience of the trial Court, it is ordered that before furnishing the surety bond, the petitioner will furnish valuation certificate of property of surety and also apprise the Court through affidavit of the surety as to in how many cases he has the surety for him and other persons, so that the trial Court may not have any problem in accepting the surety bond so furnished.
