RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) This is an application praying that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal since the dispute has been resolved between the parties and the amount of the decree has been paid. The certified copy of the order dated 18.11.2014 passed by the Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) Dasuya has been placed on record as Annexure A-1 which confirms that the execution proceedings stand fully satisfied and the corpus property has been released from attachment.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
