The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the speaking order passed by SDO/Op.S/Divn., DHBVN, Dilpat, Faridabad (respondents No.6) on 01.09.2022 (Annexure P-7). Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies available to him under the Statute and Regulations framed by HERC and in accordance with law.

Disposed of as withdraw with the liberty as aforesaid. '*
