(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to forthwith delete the incorrect property IDs i.e. New Property ID:1CALJ655 (Old Property ID: 326C13U5800) from the official records and databases (Annexure P-4) of the Municipal Corporation in respect of Flat No.A-801, 8th Floor, Pioneer Park, Sector 61, Gurugram-122011.

1.1 A further prayer has been made that a direction be issued to the respondents to ensure that the petitioner is reflected as the rightful owner and tax payer of the aforesaid Flat No. A-801, only under the correct property ID i.e. New Property ID: ICC73L13 (Old Property ID: 326C13U5P800).
