RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Petitioner-tenant has filed this revision against the judgment of Appellate Authority dated 02.09.2019, dismissing his appeal, affirming the judgment of the learned Rent Controller, Jind, dated 22.02.2019, whereby he was directed to deliver vacant possession of demised shop to respondentlandlord within a period of two months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not challenge the judgments of the authorities below on merits, however, seeks four months' time to vacate the demised shop. In view of above request, petitioner is granted four months' time from today to vacate the demised shop. In case, petitioner does not vacate the demised shop within stipulated time, in that eventuality, he shall pay mesne profits at the rate of `25,000/- per month.
