**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.180 dated 11.12.2020 registered under Section 15/61/85 of NDPS Act at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa.

Notice of motion was issued on 31.12.2020 and interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on the premise that petitioner has been nominated on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused Ranjit Singh @ Jodha from whom 03 kgs poppy husk was allegedly recovered. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Madan Lal submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on JYOTI YADAV 2021.09.10 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No. 44341 of 2020 -210.03.2021 and he is not required for any further investigation in the case.

In view of above, order dated 31.12.2020 is hereby made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so by the Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
