This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conclude the enquiry in respect of complaint submitted of cognizable offence in pursuant to pending representations dated 21.05.2025, 30.05.2025 and 29.06.2025 in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 29.06.2025 (Annexure P-13) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Ambala to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Ambala to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 29.06.2025 (Annexure P-13) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
