CM-2965-C-2023 The present application has been filed for disposal of the main appeal on the basis of a compromise arrived at between the parties. Notice of the application.

Mr. S.S. Rangi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the nonapplicant/respondents and states that he has no objection if the application is allowed.

With the consent of both the counsel, the main case is taken on Board today itself.

CM disposed off.

ESA No.10 of 2017 Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties to the lis have since compromised the matter and, as per the compromise, PARKASH CHAND 2023.03.23 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

2023:PHHC:042473 ESA No.10 of 2017 - 2 - the amount of Rs.1 lakh, which was directed to be deposited pursuant to the order dated 28.02.2017 passed by this Court, is to be released in favour of the appellant.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present appeal is disposed off. The appellant herein would be at liberty to get the amount of Rs.1 lakh deposited pursuant to the order dated 28.02.2017 released in her favour.

The appeal is accordingly disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
