(ORAL) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to re-issue his passport.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that despite order dated 09.02.2023 passed by JMIC, Kurukshetra, the respondent No. 2 is not re-issuing passport to the petitioner. Ms. Amrita Singh, counsel for Union of India, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that appropriate authority is going to comply with order dated 09.02.2023.
