RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer through instant appeal has been made for enhancement of compensation awarded to appellant-claimants by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Fatehgarh Sahib, vide award dated 19.04.2016. Heard.

Considering the fact that by taking income of the deceased at `4,000/- per month, not deducting anything towards her personal expenses and further that a sum of `1,25,000/- has been awarded to the appellants under conventional heads, contrary to the view taken by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in National Insurance Company Limited v. Pranay Sethi and others, 2017(4) R.C.R.(Civil) 1009, this Court is not inclined to differ RAVINDER SINGH 2019.07.22 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document with the compensation awarded by the learned Tribunal to the appellants
