Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after registration of the FIR No. 86 dated 21.3.2019 at Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh for offence punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506, 286 of IPC, in which offence punishable under Section 25 Arms Act and Section 307/325 of IPC were added later on, police has not taken any step to conclude the investigation despite his representation Annexures P2 and P3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Nuh to look into the grievance of petitioner, apprise him about the status of investigation and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
