Petitioner (Devraj) has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 20.07.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.4 - Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Patiala, whereby claim pertaining to recovery of money/dues to the tune of Rs.63,000/- from the respondents along with interest @ 18% per annum under Section 33(c)(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, has been dismissed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other legal remedies, in accordance with APURVA 2023.09.13 11:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

   law, for claiming the disputed amount.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
