Learned State counsel (on instructions from SI Vinita) submits that a cancellation report qua the FIR in question has already been prepared by the police and the same shall be presented in accordance with law within four weeks from today.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition be disposed of permitting the petitioner to seek remedy in accordance with law.
