(ORAL) Learned State Counsel has handed over copy of letter dated 05.08.2019, whereby financial up-gradation in selection grade has been granted to the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, therefore, no cause of action survives in present writ petition and same may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.

However, it is made clear that benefit, which petitioner is entitled, shall be given within a period of one month from today, failing which, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be recovered from the concerned Officer, who is responsible in not complying the order and paid to the petitioner.
