*** C.M. No. 24936-CII of 2015 There is a delay of 163 days in filing of the appeal. The delay does not seems to be wilful or intentional. Even otherwise the appellant is not going to gain anything by belated filing of the appeal. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and delay stands condoned. F.A.O. No. 7926 of 2015 This is claimants appeal for enhancement of compensation. The grouse of the claimants is that compensation awarded by the Tribunal is on lower side.

At this stage learned counsel for the appellants states that since the compensation awarded by the Tribunal is just and adequate, he has got instructions to withdraw the present appeal and he be permitted to do so.
