Despite the learned counsel for the petitioners becoming informed by Registry of this Court about the present date of hearing, yet none has caused representation on behalf of the petitioners.

On the other hand, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by Mr. Rahul, Senior Legal Assistant, Office of State Transport Commissioner, Punjab, informs this Court that the arbitration award has been duly executed and the apposite execution petition has also been, vide order dated 20.02.2019, dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. He further informs that the objection petition preferred by the respondent-State has also been dismissed, therefore, the cause of action does not survive and the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to, in case the cause of action still survives, move an appropriate application for revival of the present writ petition.
