The petitioners, who are facing trial in respect of offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, have approached this Court seeking grant of Anticipatory Bail on account of their bail having been cancelled vide order dated 10.6.2019 (Annexure P-2) on account of their absence before Trial Court.

Pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioners are stated to have appeared before the Trial Court and have been granted interim bail, as has been stated at the bar by learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

In view of the aforestated position and the fact that it is a case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, the petition is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order 9.9.2019 are hereby made absolute. The petitioners shall, however, ensure their presence before the trial Court on each and every date.
