The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 27.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-9692-2015, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to reconsider the claim of the petitioner and decide the same. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 27.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-9692-2015, learned counsel for the respondent submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 20.02.2026 has been passed by the Director School Education (Secondary), S.A.S Nagar, Punjab. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has already been dispatched to the petitioner.

A perusal of the speaking order shows that order dated 27.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-9692-2015 has been duly complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 27.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-9692-2015, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 20.02.2026 passed by the Director School Education (Secondary), S.A.S Nagar, Punjab.
