By virtue of the instant civil writ petition, preferred under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought issuance of a writ especially in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of interim relief to the petitioners, in view of the letter/order dated February 16, 2017 (P- 6) issued by the Government, especially in view of the order dated September 09, 2010 (P-5) along with interest @ 18% per annum. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they feel satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice dated 23.01.2018 (P-7) within some stipulated period. 3.

Instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioners in the above said legal notice (P-7) and to take a conscious decision by passing a speaking order, Sonika 2018.03.28 11:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
