Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is for issuance of proceedings against the respondents for willful noncompliance of order dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP No.14297 of 2025.

Compliance Report dated 30.07.2025, filed by way of an affidavit of Dr. Vivek Bharti, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh at Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, on behalf of the respondent-State in the Registry is taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that the representation filed by the petitioner stands decided by the Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh at Narnaul vide order dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure R-1), whereby, direction has been issued to the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Ateli Nangal, for filing an application for setting aside the lease deeds of the land in SIMRANDEEP KAUR 2025.08.06 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-3451-2025 (O&M)  question and the order dated 19.05.2025, passed by this Court, stands complied with.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure R-1).
