The present petitions have been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of orders dated 08.11.2021 (in CRM-M-44844-2022) and 18.05.2022 (in CRM-M-48107-2022) passed by the JMIC, Hisar. 2.

Petitioner-Rajesh Kumar had surrendered before the trial Court on 24.11.2022 as is apparent from order of this Court dated 08.02.2023. While petitioner-Seema was granted bail on 23.04.2023 by the trial Court and on 09.06.2023, following order was passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hisar:- "CNR No: HRHS030001572020 CIS No:N ACT/65/2020 Vijay Kumar s/o Badri Nath vs. Seema w/o Rajesh Kumar

Present:
