(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.100, dated 19.09.2022, under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur.

Custody certificate dated 08.02.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 4.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
