(ORAL) CRM No.622 of 2022 This application has been moved for seeking permission to withdraw the main petition bearing CRM-M No.48773 of 2021 at this stage. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that no application on behalf of the petitioner for seeking the relief of regular bail is pending before the Court below.

Mr. Apoorv Garg, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of the instant application having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, accepts the notice and submits that he has no objection in allowing the instant application.

Keeping in view the above-said fact, the present application is allowed and the afore-mentioned main petition is taken on the Board today itself.
