Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Information Commission, Punjab, dated 25.11.2024 (Annexure p-3) but the same is still pending and no proceedings have been undertaken so far by the authority concerned, hence, the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the authority to decide the said appeal in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice. 2.
