Ms. Shubhra Singh, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. *** The limited prayer in the petition made by petitioner Vinod Kumar son of Sukhbir Singh, who was working as IVth Class employee with Municipal Corporation, Gohana but had unfortunately died while in service on 8.11.2020 is for being appointed on compassionate grounds. According to him he had served a legal notice dated 25.5.2021 (Annexure P1) upon respondents but that has not evoked any response so far, therefore, such legal notice be got finally disposed of by issuing necessary directions to respondents No. 2 and 3.

Keeping in view the nature of the dispute between the parties as well as prayer made by the petitioner, for the purpose of enabling respondents to consider the claim of petitioner and then to take appropriate action, if need be, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two PARVINDER SINGH 2021.11.23 10:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
