Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Amit Kumar, Deputy Superintendent, DFO, Pinjore, has informed that though, in compliance with the order dated 16.01.2025, passed in CWP-936--2025, a speaking order has not been passed, however, the benefit of 7th Pay Commission w.e.f. 01.01.2016 has been allowed to the petitioner by way of an order, passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Morni, Pinjore, Forest Division, Pinjore, Panchkula. Copy of the order reflecting grant of special benefit to the petitioner, which is stated to be on the portal of the State Government, has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned State counsel further submits that the payment is to be released by the Accountant General, Haryana, being a Disbursing Officer. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court for revival of the present petition, in case there is any mismatch in the calculations.
