(ORAL) The petitioners in the present case are the parents-in-law (petitioners No. 1 and 2) and sister-in-law (petitioner No. 3) of the respondent-complainant.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, as the matter has been settled between the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondent has not disputed the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioners and the factum of compromise between the parties.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
