HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0385 dated 21.12.2020 under Section 24 of Emigration Act, 1983 and Sections 420,406 IPC (Sections 370 and 384 IPC added later on), registered at P.S Butana, District Karnal.

Vide order dated 01.01.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 01.01.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
