(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to implement its own order dated 05.06.2025 (Annexures P-3 and P-4) and to immediately stop the illegal construction being carried out by the private respondents No.4 to 8 on their property, which is adjacent to the property of the petitioner. 1.1 A further prayer has been made for directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) and e-mail dated 07.06.2025 (Annexure P-5), submitted by the petitioner.
