***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) This is the second petition filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail. The first petition i.e. CRM-M-35976 of 2021 was dismissed vide order dated 23.9.2021 by this Court on merits. No reason justifying indulgence for the second time has been shown to this Court. The petition, as such, is dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is willing to amicably resolve the matter with the complainant. This Court certainly does not have any objection in case the matter can be amicably resolved. The petitioner would be at liberty to make efforts in this regard.
