(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for staying the operation of order dated 01.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension.

1.1 A further prayer has been made for staying the operation of letter dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-8) till the supply of copy of order dated 09.07.2025, passed by learned Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against his suspension order dated 01.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) has been dismissed. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Samta, ADA, Office of Divisional Commissioner, Ambala, very fairly submits that a copy of order dated 09.07.2025, passed by learned Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala would be supplied to the petitioner within a period of three days from today and the action on letter dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-8) will be deferred for a period of one week from today. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.
