CWP-23757-2021 (O&M) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to take legal action against respondent No.6 on the basis of enquiry (Annexure P-3) conducted by respondent No.3- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tauru, Haryana, wherein HIMANI GUPTA 2025.07.31 09:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

respondent No.2 was found to have been involved in huge irregularities and embezzlement/misappropriation of Gram Panchayat Fund. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
