The present appeal pertains to the year 2011. Repeatedly, the case has been adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant on one ground or the other despite having it been made clear on various occasions that no further adjournment shall be granted. Even on the previous date i.e. 13.04.2023, it was made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
