The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0070 dated 03.07.2023 under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 376 IPC and Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 were added later on) registered at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh has stated that the petitioner in the present case has since been acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 02.11.2023 and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
