In view of their statements recorded separately, present appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise ('Ex.C1'); judgment and decree passed by the lower Appellate Court is set aside and that of the Trial Court stands restored/upheld. Decree sheet be drawn accordingly and the compromise dated 06.08.2022 ('Ex.C1') be made part thereof. Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
