7  .0 .0 101%    It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that even as per the allegations levelled in the FIR, only simple injuries and lalkara have been attributed to the petitioners.

CRM-M-42310-2023 -22. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Surinderpal Singh, affirms the said fact that the injuries attributed to the petitioners are simple in nature.

3. Considering the respective submissions and in the interest of justice, the petitioners ae hereby directed to join investigation within seven days from today and co-operate in the same. In the event of the arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim bail on their furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. They shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
