1. The petitioner has placed on record the order dated 16.10.2023 which has been passed in compliance of the orders passed by this Court directing the respondents to take a final decision on the application filed by the petitioner for seeking refund.

2. The application for refund has been rejected by the said order dated 16.10.2023.

3. This Court finds that the order dated 16.10.2023 is not under challenge in the present proceedings. The said order is also appealable.
