Mr. Arun Gosain, learned senior panel counsel, appearing for respondents No. 1, 2 and 4 - Union of India, on advance copy, submits that in case the representation (ibid) has been filed by the petitioner in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the authorities, the same shall be considered and decided by them in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, before the scheduled date of counselling which is yet to be fixed. In view of the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned senior panel counsel for respondents No. 1, 2 and 4, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
