**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take legal action against respondents No.6 to 12, who have given merciless beatings to Abhay Singh. Affidavit dated 29.04.2021 of the Superintendent of Police, Nuh, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner got registered FIR No.20 dated 08.02.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 341, 506 IPC; Section 3-33-1989 of the SS/ST Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Rozka Meo, against respondents No.6 to 12; that post investigation, challan was presented before the Court concerned and that the charges were framed against 4 accused and 5 were found innocent.

Disposed of.
