(ORAL) After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition at this stage, while submitting that the petitioner would be taking up all the pleas, as would be permissible to him under law, at the time of addressing the arguments on the application moved by respondent No.3-complainant under Section 319 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.

Mr. Sukhbeer Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, who has joined the proceedings on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 in this case in pursuance of the copies of the instant petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
