PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.01.2024.

Admittedly, the petitioner has already availed remedy of execution and the same is pending.

On being asked as to how the present contempt petition would be maintainable, petitioner could not answer. 4.
Keeping in view that the order passed by the Tribunal is executable and the petitioner has already filed execution, which is pending, this Court does not find any reason to invoke contempt jurisdiction under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Resultantly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
