Mr. R.K. Doon, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Copies furnished. For the nature of order, I propose to pass in the matter, no formal written statements/counter affidavits on behalf of the respondents are indeed necessary, at this stage. Thus, with the consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of finally.

The petitioners are alleged to be working as Master Trainers with the respondent department. They pray for a direction to the respondents to fix their salary in a regular pay scale. They purported to have repeatedly represented to the respondents, but of no avail. Even the legal notice, dated 20.12.2017 (Annexure P-3), failed to evoke any response. In response, learned State counsel submits that the claim/grievance of the petitioners as also the legal notice, dated 20.12.2017 (Annexure P-3), shall be considered and dealt with by the respondent authorities within a period of three months from today. CWP-7760-2018 orders in accordance with law, shall be passed and communicated to the petitioners.
