(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing Agenda No.2 dated 23.01.2024 qua Constitution of Finance and Contract Committee (Annexure P-4) passed by the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Narwana, whereby the petitioner was removed and respondents No.5 and 6 were included in the Committee. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
