ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 21.07.2017 (Annexure P-1), vide which he was suspended. It is urged that in a regular departmental inquiry, the Enquiry Officer had found that the complete record was never handed over to the petitioner, for, he was only assigned an additional charge of Prabhandak of the Dheen Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies Ltd. And he was never appointed as custodian of the records. So much so, in the inquiry report, dated 06.10.2017 (Annexure P-2), he was rather observed to be innocent. But despite that, the petitioner has neither been reinstated nor permitted to rejoin his duties. And, even though the respondents have been served with a representation, dated 05.02.2018 (Annexure P-3), but to no avail.

In conspectus of the above, the petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondents to consider and dealt with the claim/grievance of the petitioner, as also the representation, dated 05.02.2018 (Annexure P-3), within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
