-.- JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.99 dated 13.07.2019 under Section 306 IPC registered at P.S. Shimlapuri, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the matter has been investigated and charges under Section 306 IPC have been framed, while also submitting that the deceased was in her parental home on the date when she committed suicide.

On the asking of the Court whether there is suicide note and whether the same has been sent for forensic analysis, this Court is informed by the counsel appearing for the respondent-State that as per the report, no definite opinion can be given whether suicide note is authored by the deceased or not.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. In view of the fact that the investigation is complete and Manjinder Singh i.e. husband of the petitioner and father-in-law of the PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.02.27 11:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.38613 of 2019 -2complainant has already been allowed anticipatory bail and the trial is likely to take some time to conclude, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petitioner behind the bars.
