(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be entitled to the interest for the delay in handing over the possession of the premises. The petitioner has sent representation dated 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) to the respondents and prays that the petition be disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide his representation in a time bound manner. 2.
