(ORAL) Present petition has been filed raising grievance that the current duty charge of the post of Deputy Director Agriculture has been given to the persons junior to the petitioner whereas even as per the settled principles of law, current duty charge can only be given seniority wise and, therefore grant of benefit of current duty charge in favour of private respondent by the respondents is totally unjust and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance raised in the present petition has already been raised through the representation dated 19.08.2023, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-6 and the petitioners will be satisfied in case, time bound direction is given to the respondent to decide the same by passing appropriate speaking order. Notice of motion.
